When you spoke about service contracts I thought that is okay for large businesses who can afford to pay for that type of cover, but what about small businesses like mine.

Since taking out this support contract I now have peace of mind if a problem does happen like it did this week I did not have to worry and get stressed out because you were only a phone call or in this case an email away.
